Hands on experience in smartcomm modules like advance template designer, Data modeler and Web Editor.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Hands on experience with template authoring, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Good technical knowledge in creating Simple, Scriptable Batch Config/Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Should be well versed in creation of Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Should be well versed with preparation of the XML data schema and their mapping to business data objects</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Design and develop code that is clean, understandable, maintainable and extensible;</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Designing and developing documents based on the business requirements.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Good knowledge about Thunderhead/Smart Communication API's</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Sound knowledge of SMARTCOMM/ Thunderhead Suites of Products</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Sound knowledge of Smart Communications Appliance Configuration and Deployment Models (Cloud/Hybrid)</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Design, develop and implement test plans to accurately test the application code, functions, modules and program;</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Encourage maintenance of detailed and accurate documentation per all IAG standards;</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Key contributor to the project estimation process reviewing and challenging where necessary, estimates for tasks;</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java development in a professional environment.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and Java language features (e.g., generics, streams, lambda expressions).</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Expertise in Java/J2EE, JSON, web services is desirable.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Design and develop code that is clean, understandable, maintainable and extensible;</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Basic understanding of security best practices in Java applications.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit is desired.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Good to have Insurance industry experience.</li> <li style="color:#212121; margin-left:15px">Good written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul>
