Job Description
We are looking for hands-on and detail-oriented Smart Hands Data Center Engineers to support the physical infrastructure of our data center in Helsinki. The primary responsibilities include racking, stacking, cabling, and ongoing hardware support. This role is critical to maintaining uptime and ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of IT equipment.
Working hours: 8-hour shifts.
24/5 coverage will be ensured by the following schedule:
Morning Shift: 08:00–16:00 (Technician A)
Evening Shift: 16:00–00:00 (Technician B)
Night Shift: 00:00–08:00 (Technician C)
Shift rotations will occur every 3 weeks.
Location: Finland, Helsinki.
Installation & Maintenance:
Perform racking and stacking of servers, network devices, and storage systems.
Execute structured cabling (fiber and copper) according to standards and documentation.
Label, route, and manage cables to maintain a clean and organized environment.
