  • Gain insights into industry markets; influence industry policies; develop and implement business strategies and marketing strategies for the domain; provide support to achieve business goals for key projects.
  • Accurately understand customer needs and pain points, conduct competitive analysis, develop, expand, and promote solutions for customer and partner scenarios, and guide the improvement of product and solution competitiveness.
  • Plan and implement brand marketing activities in the region, carry out precision marketing, and improve Huawei's brand influence in the industry.
  • Take charge of the secondary go-to-market of products and solutions, including selecting market segments, developing local strategies, adapting marketing materials, and providing enablement training.
  • Manage business models and prices, and manage profitability.
  • Develop the capabilities of inverters and BESS solutions in the region.
