Role Summary
As a Senior Associate – Smart Comm Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Smart Comm templates and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable and compliant communication solutions. Experience in the Insurance domain is desirable but not mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Smart Communications (Smart Comm).
Strong experience in Smart Comm template development, modification, and maintenance.
Solid understanding of Smart Comm architecture, document composition, and data mapping.
Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and related data transformation technologies.
Proven experience in managing and updating complex templates and reusable content components.
Experience delivering at least 2+ end-to-end Smart Comm implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
