Luxoft have been engaged by a leading financial institution to provide a technical BAU support analyst to provide support of the

(1) Smartstream (CMS) cash management and liquidity and BAU activities

(2) Linux adminstration

(3) JBoss middleware management


This support analyst will be responsible for providing technical support of the underlying application, releases and infrastructure.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for technical support and configuration across the bank's banking arm and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement. Under this arrangement, you will act and make decisions on behalf of both the bank and the securities business, subject to the same remit and level of authority, and irrespective of the entity which employs you.
