We're seeking a driven and customer-focused
SMB Sales Representative
to manage, retain, and grow our small-market customer segment across North America. This role is responsible for handling inbound demand, driving successful renewals, implementing price adjustments, and expanding Upshop's footprint within existing SMB accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing a high volume of customer interactions, and is adept at identifying opportunities that enhance customer value while contributing to Upshop's revenue growth.
