Fully remote position - must reside in Curitiba and surrounding area
2 years of experience in a BPO process
Must have skills from the candidate
• Basic working knowledge on computer
• Effective Comprehension, read and Write skills in required language.
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good information processing skills – Able to react promptly to a situation, read, think, type or search simultaneously.
• Good Typing Speed
The Responsibilities which will be played by the role
• Optimize CSRs performance from both a quality and efficiency perspective
• Communicate to Client any missing tools or policies for CSRs to perform their duties
