Job Description
- Lead and manage utility and boiler operation including steam generation, distribution, and condensate recovery across multiple sites.
- Gathering data in coordination with all sites and Identify and analyse the gaps and potential improvements areas.
- Ensure GMP, regulatory, safety and statutory compliance as per USFDA and other regulations guidelines.
- Able to understand boiler performance parameters (pressure, temperature, efficiency, fuel consumption) and optimize Operations. Mechanical / Utility Safety Education and Energy Audits and Inspection.
- Ensure all boiler manpower is trained, certified and competent as per boiler statutory requirement, MP norms, and Site SOP.
- Plan, execute and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance of boiler, feed water system and steam traps.
