SME Boiler

Lead and manage utility and boiler operation including steam generation, distribution, and condensate recovery across multiple sites.
 Gathering data in coordination with all sites and Identify and analyse the gaps and potential improvements areas.
Ensure GMP, regulatory, safety and statutory compliance as per USFDA and other regulations guidelines.
 Able to understand boiler performance parameters (pressure, temperature, efficiency, fuel consumption) and optimize Operations. Mechanical / Utility Safety Education and Energy Audits and Inspection.
Ensure all boiler manpower is trained, certified and competent as per boiler statutory requirement, MP norms, and Site SOP.
Plan, execute and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance of boiler, feed water system and steam traps.
