Job Summary
The SME – Core Infrastructure (L3) is a senior, hands-on technical role responsible for the stability, performance, and resiliency of ATS's core infrastructure platforms, including Active Directory / Entra (operational), Windows Server, VMware, VDI, and Backup/Disaster Recovery.
This role serves as the final escalation point (L3) for core infrastructure incidents and plays a critical role in stabilizing operations, reducing recurring issues, and supporting the organization's transition from a reactive to a proactive operating model.
This position is an individual contributor role and does not include people management responsibilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
