Job Description:

Deep Expertise in Order Management APIs

The candidate will bring hands-on experience with OM APIs, enabling seamless integration across systems and faster troubleshooting of order flow issues—vital for maintaining operational continuity.

Parts Optimization

With a focus on parts availability and fulfillment logic, this role will help optimize inventory usage and reduce order cycle times, directly impacting customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

OAF Extensions & Customizations

The analyst will be capable of working on Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions and changes, ensuring we can adapt our OM platform to evolving business requirements without heavy reliance on external development teams.

Air & Water Project Delivery

This role will be instrumental in delivering key initiatives like Air & Water, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Process Improvement Across OM

A comprehensive understanding of all OM processes will allow this analyst to identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement efforts, enhancing throughput and accuracy.

AI-Driven Automation

With exposure to AI tools, the analyst can identify automation opportunities—such as intelligent order routing, exception handling, and predictive analytics—reducing manual effort and improving decision-making.
