• Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts and other Technology teams.
• Domain knowledge of Channel Banking or similar banking platforms.
• Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate them into vendor-specific documents.
• Should be able to set up, manage and validate builds from vendors.
• Active engagement with the entire product organization with consideration to business drivers, anticipate roadblocks, encourage contributions from QA and quickly address concerns.
• Perform deployments, measure impacts, gather issue information and coordinate with vendors on issue resolution.
• Analyze system issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and contribute to decision‑making for issue prioritization.
