Nxtra by Airtel Africa is expanding its hyperscale data centre footprint and is looking for a Jr. PHE & Fire Fighting Engineer to support the design and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects across Africa.
Role Overview
The role will focus on Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Fire Fighting systems for hyperscale data centres, ensuring life safety, code compliance, and operational reliability. The engineer will work closely with design consultants, project teams, and vendors to deliver robust and compliant systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design review and execution of PHE systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, and rainwater systems for data centres
- Support design and delivery of fire fighting & fire protection systems
