This role is responsible for ensuring the validity, reliability, and fairness of exam and assessment programs. The SME Training and Development Manager plays a critical role in the design, development, and evaluation of assessments and testing instruments to ensure alignment with training objectives and competency standards. This position supports complex and mission-critical programs and provides strategic guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
