Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled SMEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our real estate projects. The role involves working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all SMEP systems are designed, executed, and delivered in line with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory codes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate SMEP designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and technical evaluations for SMEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of SMEP services into overall project execution.
Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of SMEP works.
