Job Description

  • Hands-on experience in design, estimation, tendering, and execution of civil projects, along with good knowledge of interior works.
  • Conceptualization and planning for civil projects across multiple locations.
  • Review and validation of initial designs and cost estimates.
  • Manage tendering, vendor negotiations, and obtain project approvals.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other statutory norms.
  • Oversee periodic billing, cost control, and budget utilization.
  • Provide technical guidance to location engineers and report progress to management.
