Job Description

We are looking for an SMM Manager - a specialist with strong visual taste, fast thinking, and experience in Web3, Finance, or Tech.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an SMM strategy with a focus on founders’ personal brands
  • Plan content calendars and manage LinkedIn and X (Instagram optional)
  • Work closely with founders on positioning, narratives, and authentic content
  • Coordinate and brief production specialists (photo, design, motion, video)
  • Drive account growth through organic strategies, promotions, partnerships, guest posts, and collaborations

Requirements

  • English level - C1 (written & spoken)
  • Proven experience in B2B communications and working with senior-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience managing founders’ or executives’ personal brands
  • Strong understanding of native content formats (especially for LinkedIn & X)
  • Experience in Web3, Finance, or Tech environments
