About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for an SMP Supervisor to join our esteemed clients team based in the Pilbara. This position is based on a 2 / 1 FIFO roster from Perth for a 6-month duration.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supervise SMP works on-site
  • Lead and coordinate trade crews
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
  • Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks
  • Monitor progress and report daily
  • Resolve site issues promptly

Skills and experience required

  • 5 years’ mining / construction experience
  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
