SMP Supervisor

Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor for a 6 week project based in the Pilbara Region. POH will be Perth only and offered on an 8:6 roster.

The successful candidate must hold an S26 supervisor certificate to be considered for the role.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate SMP crews, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress.
• Oversee the implementation of safe work practices and procedures, conducting toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the SMP crews, sharing your expertise and mentoring less experienced team members.
