SMP Supervisors, Ampol Turnaround

Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site. We are currently seeking experienced SMP Supervisors to join our team for the 2026 Ampol Turnaround, with availability to start in May.

The Role

You will be required to provide leadership and to safely execute planned shutdown activities in line with Wood’s responsibilities and scope of work, while reporting to our T&I Leads and Superintendents. This is a Brisbane‑based role; locally based applicants are preferred, but consideration will be given to those living outside Southeast Queensland with the required skill set and experience. Where applicable, return flights, accommodation, car hire and LAHA are provided.
