Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring an SMS - Technical Support Engineer to monitor SMS services, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure stable and high-quality messaging performance with local and international operators. Key Responsibilities Monitor SMS traffic, delivery reports, and system performance. Troubleshoot SMS delivery failures, delays, and routing issues. Analyze logs and SMS error codes across platforms and gateways. Coordinate with aggregators, telecom operators, and vendors to resolve incidents. Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up until resolution. Support client onboarding, testing, and configurations. Prepare incident reports, RCA, and performance reports. Ensure SLA compliance and participate in on-call support when required. Requirements Experience in SMS operations, telecom, or messaging platforms.
