SMS CAD Lead

Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW: Hansen Industries is looking to hire a SMS CAD LEAD.

Responsibilities

• Product quality through program quality.
• Assign work and monitor the results of CAD department employees.
• Seek clarification from customers when there are discrepancies.
• Work closely with Estimating, Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams.
• Organize standards, checklists, and procedures to ensure all department personnel work to a common regime.
• Monitor and distribute work as shown on CAD Dashboard from MieTrak.
• Train and monitor the performance of new CAD personnel by utilizing resources (charts, guidelines, instructions, and data) available in Q:CAD folder.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity in Q:CAD folder such as tooling lists or bending charts etc.
• Maintain computer software and hardware through regular procedures to ensure data integrity.
