Cladding Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cladding Manager to support the delivery of industrial roofing and cladding refurbishment projects in the North West area, on behalf of a family-run Industrial Cladding contractor.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a practical manager who is confident managing cladding gangs on site while also taking part in installation works. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing cladding gangs and maintaining productivity on site
• Organising and overseeing the day-to-day running of site
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with the agreed programme
