We’re hiring for an SMT Engineer to join a growing manufacturer based in Salford, leading the introduction of new and updated PCB assemblies into production.

What will you be doing as an SMT Engineer?
* Programming and setting up Mycronic SMT equipment (MY700 printer, MY300 pick & place)
* Creating new component packages and machine programs
* Managing ERP data and build documentation
* Validating PCB assemblies before release to volume production
* Providing DFM feedback to design engineers during prototype stages
What will you need?
* Strong experience in SMT assembly and production engineering
* Experience delivering SMT NPI builds in a manufacturing environment
