Overview
We are seeking an experienced SMT Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Ming Shang Technology in Kulai, Johor. You will play a key role in setting up, stabilizing, and continuously improving our SMT production. This role goes beyond routine engineering work and requires a hands-on, flexible mindset typical for a startup environment. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our electronics products.
Responsibilities
- Setup, optimization, and maintenance of SMT production processes
- Programming, setup, and optimization of SMT machines (Pick & Place, Solder Printer, Reflow)
- Process optimization for quality, yield, and throughput
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of SMT defects
- Development and documentation of work instructions and process standards
- Introduction of new products (NPI) into SMT production
