  • Proficient in SMT GKG printing machines, KOH YOUNGSPI, ASMsurface mount technology (SMT) placement machines, reflow soldering, AOI program development and equipment debugging.
  • Proficient in SMT process defect analysis and improvement.
  • Proficient in equipment principles, fault repair, equipment maintenance, and material throwing reduction.
  • With experience in managing SMT equipment teams, I can lead the team to enhance UPH, improve production line efficiency, and reduce equipment failure rates.
  • Familiar with SMT manufacturing processes and process standards, proficient in the operation, debugging, parameter setting, daily maintenance, weekly and servicing of ASM placement machines.
  • Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
