Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Leading, motivating, and developing SMT personnel, providing training and guidance.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, throughput, and productivity, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Workforce Development: Ensuring personnel are thoroughly trained and certified in their roles, and providing mentorship to supervisory staff.
  • Material Management: Managing the flow of materials through the SMT facility, optimizing workflow and material usage.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring SMT equipment is in good working condition and available when needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Creating reports on production levels, downtime, and defects.
