**SMT Operator I**
**Job Summary:**
Operate SMT equipment including screen printers, paste inspection, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. Work closely with team members to set up and run production jobs as directed by supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and load/unload SMT equipment (screen printer, paste inspection, pick-and-place, reflow oven)
+ Follow work instructions with strong attention to detail
+ Identify and troubleshoot minor issues; escalate larger issues as needed
+ Work effectively in a team environment under time constraints
+ Maintain a safe, clean workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
+ Use Microboard MIS (Aegis) software
+ Complete component identification training
