SMT Process Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an SMT Process Engineer to join our team at Preh Portugal (Trofa) and support the development of high‑tech electronic manufacturing processes. In this role, you will play a key part in defining, optimizing, and monitoring production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a technology‑driven environment.

THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:

• Work with Selective Soldering, Action‑Pin, Coating, and Depaneling processes
• Develop programs and technical solutions to ensure quality, stability, and productivity
• Create product‑specific programs for various machines and production equipment
• Define optimal process flows, perform time studies, and create SAP work plans
• Prepare work instructions and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date process documentation
