SMT Programmer - San Jose, CA

Full-Time

$35.00 to $37.00/hr.





The SMT PROGRAMMER is responsible for programming and troubleshooting all pieces of equipment of an SMT (surface mount technology) assembly line to ensure that all customer specifications/requirements are met.

 

PROGRAMMER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:




  • Programming of various equipment: SMT Pick & Place (ASM), GKG/ASM Printer, Koh-young SPI, Koh-Young AOI, X-RAY inspection, Universal Fuzion XC PTH Inserter and related Through Hole prep equipment, and inspection equipment

  • SMT first piece run and program debug, including programming, screen print stencil development, paste inspect, SMT placement, reflow, and equipment/material qualifications

  • THT first piece run and process development / programming through hand-load, and wave/selective solder
