SMT Supervisor

Maldon

£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

An expanding family run, high technology company in Maldon, are looking to recruit a SMT Supervisor to play a key role int the day-to-day running of the company. You will head up the management of staff and will have extensive experience of electronic manufacture including Surface Mount Technology.

Duties:

  • Liaise closely with account managers to ensure bords are built in an effective way.
  • Manage the workload and assign tasks to staff
  • Ensure staff have the necessary resources to perform their jobs
  • Ensure staff are following procedures correctly
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on jobs they're working on.
  • Be responsible for training and development of staff within the department.
