SMT Technician

To maintain and upkeep all machines in tip top condition.

To maintain and upkeep all stencils/pallets/jig fixtures/equipments in production in tip top condition.

To fully support SMT production operation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment.
• Develops, reviews and improves work instructions and product documentation.
• Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity.
• Coordinates with Engineers to resolve product quality issues.
• Lead a team of operators to achieve SMT Line output & Yield target.
• Perform SMT Line conversion and carry out re-flow oven profiling.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S.
