Job Description

The ServiceNow Technical Specialist plays an important role in helping define Nissan's global ITSM and ITOM Strategy and Architecture, as well as providing technical guidance to ServiceNow development teams. He/she also serves as a trusted consultant to global Nissan Digital and business stakeholders on any technical and process topics related to ServiceNow.
**Job Functions**
- Serve as the technical authority on any technical and functional aspects of ServiceNow, especially all function modules within the ServiceNow platform, APIs to other systems, and how they can benefit Nissan both regionally and globally.
- Participate in the development of Nissan ITSM process and tools roadmap.
- Develop the technical architecture of ServiceNow implementations and serve as the solution architect for major regional and global ServiceNow tools projects.
