Focus onsupporting, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow's ITSM capabilities and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective data-driven decision-making.

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management)
• Design, develop, and improve ITSM processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, request management).
• Configure and customize ServiceNow to align with business needs, including creating and modifying workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and data policies.
