Responsibilities:

1. Modules Required: CSM, ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, CMDB, Event Management, HR SD, Legal SD.
2. Under general direction, independently develops, maintains and extends a stable production,
3. development and testing middleware infrastructure while extending the functionality and enabling developers to use it via mentoring and formal training
4. Experience in creating the Business Rules, Incident and Service Catalog creation.
5. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity
6. Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines systems scope and objectives
7. Work with multiple business owners to move forward development and enhancements around the core ITSM and CSM applications including Incident, Change, Request and Case in a Domain separated instance of ServiceNow
8. Should possess good knowledge on REST API Integrations
9. Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards and homepages
10. Ability to set up data security via control rules, domain separation
11. Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, in ServiceNow
12. Experience in setting and managing MID Server for Integrations.
13. Should be capable to handle the project end to end.
14. Guiding the team for implementation and configuration activities.
