Snowflake Data Engineer

About the Role:

We are hiring for a Snowflake Data Engineer for an AI-driven Digital Engineering company. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge data platforms, leveraging Snowflake, SQL, and Data Warehousing expertise to drive scalable and intelligent solutions for AI and business intelligence needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain efficient Snowflake data solutions to support AI-driven digital engineering projects.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to enable seamless data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Design and maintain data warehouses and data marts that cater to AI and analytics applications, incorporating robust data modeling techniques (dimensional, normalized, etc.).
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data preparation, transformation, and analysis.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of Snowflake data environments to handle large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and analysts, to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions.
• Implement cloud-based data engineering workflows and ensure compatibility with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate and script data workflows using programming languages such as Python.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Explore and integrate Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and AI/ML workflows where applicable.

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
