Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Services Work.
A) Implement and manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks and infrastructure services complying to BCM standards and best practices.
B) Lead the support team members that are key to the successful delivery of the services.
C) Manage change to service projects' scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
D) Understand clients' business environment and challenges. Applies knowledge to address clients' issues.
E) Apply information gathering methods, tools and techniques, which are appropriate to the information required and sources available e.g. focus groups, structured interviews, design of questionnaires/surveys, observation, statistical analysis, etc.
