Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and highly collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (Snr HRBP) to support our business leaders by aligning people strategies with business goals. This role will drive key HR initiatives, support leadership development, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR matters;
- Lead initiatives related to organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience;
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes;
- Support learning & development strategies and individual development planning;
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to implement HR programs;
