Responsibilities
Oversee and improve SAP authorization concepts, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational needs. Design, implement, and maintain SAP user and authorization management applications and processes in accordance with Clariant’s business requirements. Conduct Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk reviews to identify and mitigate potential conflicts. Implement and integrate identity management solutions within SAP landscapes, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance security and user experience. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of authorization solutions and identify potential vulnerabilities. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP authorization processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective user access management. Requirements
Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience with SAP Authorizations and SAP GRC Access Control, focusing on Identity and Access Solutions. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex technical requirements and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated capability to work independently and proactively. Strong sense of accountability, drive, and determination, with a proactive approach to initiative-taking. Our Offer
