This includes setting clear priorities, coaching individuals toward their professional growth, and ensuring the team is aligned and executing against our broader product and business objectives.
You will serve as a key voice in defining how AI is applied across our financial product roadmap — not just as a feature, but as a strategic capability woven into the core user experience.
