Responsibilities

  • Assist the Contracts Manager in closely monitoring contractual issues for the project
  • Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects
  • Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim
  • Prepare, compile and issue sub-contractors’ documents
  • Cost analysis and estimation or budget cost for projects
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations
  • Able to analyse tender pricing and to prepare building work tender

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying
