Job Title: Sales Officer<br />

Job Summary:<br />
The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the distribution network, building strong retailer relationships, and executing company strategies in the assigned territory. This role is field-based and involves extensive travel within the designated area.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.<br />
Ensure effective coverage of retail and wholesale outlets.<br />
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.<br />
Drive secondary sales and monitor stock levels at distributor points.<br />
Execute promotional activities and ensure visibility of products.<br />
Provide regular market feedback on competitor activities and customer trends.<br />
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery of products.<br />
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and daily reports.<br />
Participate in product training and skill development initiatives.<br />
Qualifications & Requirements:<br />
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, or Science).<br />
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Wellness industry.<br />
Fresher candidates with good communication and motivation may also be considered.<br />
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.<br />
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.<br />
Basic computer skills - MS Office, email, reporting tools.<br />
