SoC Characterization Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Characterization Engineer with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering and has experience in Digital & Mixed signal SoC products. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team to perform characterization of Digital and Analog blocks in SoCs.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the block and their functionalities.

• Understand IP/Datasheet electrical parameters.

• Automation development for new parameters.

• Identify and debug the root cause of the issue.

• Should be familiar with using lab equipment such as SMU, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, Logic Analyzers.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital & Analog Mixed signal SoC products.

• Experience in automation using LabVIEW/Python for instrument communication.

• Understanding of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN-FD, LIN etc.

• Good debug skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
