Lead SOC operations end-to-end, ensuring effective incident detection, response, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage L1 and L2 SOC operations and shifts

- Act as escalation point for critical incidents

- Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence

- Coordinate with IT, cloud, and business teams

- Provide reporting, metrics, and executive summaries

Skills & Tools

- Strong SOC leadership and incident management experience

- SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR platforms

- Cloud security platforms

- Compliance and audit support exposure
