We're opening a new home close to Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford - easily commutable from Westmeath and surrounding areas - and we're looking for passionate Social Care Workers to join our team. This is your chance to help shape the culture from day one and be part of something truly special.

What You'll Do:

Provide person-centred care and support to young people.

Promote independence, education, and emotional wellbeing.

Work collaboratively within a trauma-informed, values-driven team.

What You'll Need:

Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved or eligible).

Full, clean manual driving licence.

Flexibility for varied shifts, including sleepovers....
