Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support in managing client communications for social media accounts.
  • Execute and monitor social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare supporting documents such as content calendars, community insights, and campaign reports.
  • Assist in crafting monthly/quarterly performance reports using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Maintain consistent feedback loops with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to align project timelines and objectives.
  • Brainstorm content ideas, social-first formats, and trends for integrated digital campaigns statuses, content readiness, engagement trends, and performance anomalies.
  • Maintain campaign documentation (briefs, approvals, content plans).
