Social Media Specialist (Sourcing Focus)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment-focused strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Create job posts, culture content, and employer branding materials
- Source candidates via job boards, databases, and social media
- Pre‑screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Manage paid ad campaigns and track performance
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with hiring needs
- Analyze and report on sourcing effectiveness
- Engage with online communities and respond to candidate inquiries
- Stay updated on recruitment tools and trends
- Conduct background checks
- Willing to stretch work hours when needed and flexible to work on weekends upon request
