Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment-focused strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
  • Create job posts, culture content, and employer branding materials
  • Source candidates via job boards, databases, and social media
  • Pre‑screen profiles and coordinate interviews
  • Manage paid ad campaigns and track performance
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with hiring needs
  • Analyze and report on sourcing effectiveness
  • Engage with online communities and respond to candidate inquiries
  • Stay updated on recruitment tools and trends
  • Conduct background checks
  • Willing to stretch work hours when needed and flexible to work on weekends upon request
