Position Title: Social Media & Community Coordinator
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite, Tuesday and Thursday at the main office)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Boomering’s social media presence across client-facing and recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Schedule, publish, and adapt content for each platform ensuring messaging is aligned with both our brand voice and audience intent
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tagged posts in the brand persona and tone of voice of Boomering.
• Collaborate with the Content & Strategy Specialist, Creative Marketing, and Recruitment Marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and on-brand visuals
• Support recruitment campaigns by making daily TikTok content suggestions (culture, hiring, staff ...
