About the Role: We’re building a premium personal brand + community for ambitious women who want to build careers, make money, and become founders. This is not a basic posting role — we want someone with taste, speed, and storytelling skills who can help create scroll-stopping content and a strong brand vibe.

What You’ll Do:

• Brainstorm reel ideas + content series for Instagram and YouTube Shorts

• Create moodboards and define visual direction (Pinterest-level taste required)

• Edit short-form reels with strong hooks, subtitles, and clean pacing
