Job Description
Plan, create, and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns
Write engaging captions, copies, and short-form content
Coordinate with design and video teams for timely execution of creatives
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimise content
Manage posting schedules, community engagement, comments, and DMs
Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth
Support campaign execution, launches, and collaborations
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
Good copywriting and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience with reels, stories, and short-form video content is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or Canva is preferred
